Rakesh Bhasin, Chairman
Rakesh Bhasin was appointed to the MarketPrizm Board in May 2011. Rakesh was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Colt Group S.A. in December 2006.
Prior to joining Colt, Rakesh was President and Chief Executive at KVH Co. Ltd, a Fidelity Asia-focused telecom and network solutions provider headquartered in Tokyo. He continues to be a non-executive Chairman of KVH Co. Ltd today. Prior to joining KVH, Rakesh served in senior positions within AT&T, including head of AT&T Asia Pacific's managed network services business from 1993 – 1997 and President, AT&T Japan, Ltd. He was also Senior Managing Director, Japan Telecom Company Limited.

Mark Ferrari, Non-Executive Director
Mark Ferrari was appointed to the MarketPrizm Board in May 2011. Mark is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Colt Group S.A. and prior to joining Colt he was Managing Director of Devonshire Investors and also served as Chairman of FIML Natural Resources and Backyard Farms Holding, LLC and as director on the boards of a number of other Devonshire portfolio companies. Prior to joining Fidelity, Mark was Vice President of Finance at Kronos Inc and began his career at Ernst & Young.

John Lowrey, Non-Executive Director
John Lowrey was appointed to the MarketPrizm Board in May 2011. John previously served as Chief Executive of MarketPrizm, and Chi-X Global, Managing Director of Nomura International and Lehman Brothers' head of electronic trading in Europe. He was formerly head of European sales at Knight Securities and co-founding partner of Weiss International Management, a global hedge fund based in the US. John began his career at Goldman Sachs, where he eventually directed the firm's equity trading operation in London.

Tanuja Randery, Chief Executive
Appointed to the MarketPrizm Board in May 2011, Tanuja is currently the Chief Executive Officer of MarketPrizm. Prior to joining MarketPrizm, Tanuja was Managing Director of Colt’s Global Business Division and UK and Ireland Major Enterprise Business. Prior to her Global role, Tanuja was Managing Director of Benelux for Colt Group and Managing Director of Strategy. Prior to joining Colt, Tanuja was Vice President of Strategy at EMC Corporation in Massachusetts. Before EMC, Tanuja was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, the global strategy consulting firm and was elected Associate Principal in 2002.

Simon Walsh, Non-Executive Director
Simon Walsh was appointed to the MarketPrizm Board in May 2011. Simon joined Colt as Executive Vice President in February 2011. His responsibilities at Colt include leadership of the Enterprise Services business unit across Europe, including customer relationships, strategic development and overall commercial accountability of the P&L. Previously Simon was the UK Managing Director and member of the Board of Computacenter UK Ltd and also the Group Executive Committee. He brings a wealth of senior level experience, significant commercial know-how and a proven track record in business transformation.

Fumiki Kondo, Non-Executive Director
Fumiki Kondo was appointed to the MarketPrizm Board in August 2012. Mr. Kondo, is the CEO of Instinet Incorporated. He was previously managing director and head of U.S. equity strategic planning at Nomura Securities International in New York. He was seconded to Instinet, initially as co-chairman and president, after Nomura closed its acquisition of Instinet in February 2007. In the course of his career, Mr. Kondo has held high-level positions in New York, London and Tokyo, including executive director of institutional equity sales at Nomura Securities Japan and executive vice president at Nomura BlackRock Asset Management. Mr. Kondo holds a BA degree from Waseda University in Tokyo.
